well it depends how fast your hair grows and how many times have you waxed the area. for example if you are use to waxing it can grow within 3 to 4 weeks. If this is your first time it can grow within 2 weeks.
if it's your first time then it won't last as long. you'll have to tweeze a lot in between if you want them to still look good.
