Where I go, it's $7. It hurts the first few times but you get really used to it. The pain only lasts for like a second anyway, if there is any pain. I don't mind getting my eyebrows waxed at all.
Threading is like 5 bucks usually eyebrows and upper lips. Waxing would be about 10 dollars or so depending on where you go. And no I got my arms waxed and they were HAIRYYYY and it doesnt hurt at all.
