They sell this redness Correcting Moisturizer that is a green color. Since green is the color opposite of red it works the best! It's a little pricey though-$35.

press against the area that has been waxed right after the strip is pulled off. it turns red cos you've agitated the skin and blood is rushing to the area. so i reckon piling on makeup after that to try to hide the redness wouldnt be a good idea cos the pores are still open. i'd just use vaseline and wait for it to subside.
Time and Visine (for red eyes) will actually and incredible reduce reddening of the skin for what you need it for and also for enflamed zits.
