any ripping out of hair is going to make it grow faster (except on your head, damn :( hehe) i would say about week and it would probly/most likely come back thicker, depends on each person
any hair removal makes hair grow back thicker.
but you will not notice hair growing up until about a week or so since you got your eyebrows waxed.
